Automated Quoting and Proposals
How does automated quoting work?
Automated quoting captures the rules you already apply by hand, such as pricing, margins, options and inclusions, and turns them into a system that assembles the quote for you. You enter or import the job details, the system applies your rules, and a finished quote or proposal is generated in your format, ready to review and send.
The build depends on how you quote today. For some businesses it is a structured form that feeds a document template. For others it connects to the CRM or job management system so quotes are generated from records you already keep, without retyping anything.
What problems does it fix?
The usual ones are slow turnaround, inconsistent pricing and quotes that depend on one person being available. If a quote takes days because it has to wait for whoever knows the pricing, work is lost to faster competitors. Automation makes the turnaround predictable, applies the same rules every time, and removes the retyping that causes pricing errors.
What software does it work with?
We work with the systems Australian businesses already use, including Xero, common CRMs, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and we build custom workflows where the existing tools stop. If you are not sure whether your current software can be connected, the answer is almost always yes. See CRM and accounting integration for how the connecting layer works.
How long does it take to set up?
Small automations are typically live within one to three weeks. A quoting build that touches multiple systems usually runs longer, in the four to eight week range. The assessment gives you a timeframe estimate for your specific setup before you commit to a build.
What does automated quoting cost?

Every project is charged at an agreed hourly rate, with the scope and an hours cap set out in writing before work starts, based on the assessment of your specific setup. Infrastructure and model costs are additional; the pricing page sets out exactly what is and is not included.
