Diana Forsyth
Strategy & Governance
Diana is a Chair and non-executive director with 25 years in governance, strategy and transformation across complex, regulated and asset-intensive sectors. She currently chairs Bethanie Group, a $250M aged care provider, and sits on the boards of a community housing company and a $340M primary health alliance, where she serves on the finance, audit and risk management committee. She has previously chaired people and performance committees in state government health, and clinical governance for a medical research institute.
Her United Kingdom board experience includes non-executive roles across the National Health Service, chairing quality, safety and governance, finance, performance and transformation committees. Through her consulting practice she has advised boards and executives across resources, energy, financial services and government on strategy, workforce and organisational capability, and she was previously Chief Operating Officer of a medical research institute.
Diana is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom, with an MBA and BCom from the University of Western Australia.

Spiros Scafidas
Business Advisor
Spiros is a board-level executive with more than 35 years in consumer goods, manufacturing and distribution. He spent 25 years with an appliance manufacturing and distribution group, becoming Managing Director in 1996 and part of the team that took the company public, then serving as Chief Executive of its appliance division and later as a non-executive director. He has run his own management and marketing consulting practice for close to 20 years, advising businesses on strategy, product sourcing, brand licensing and market entry, and currently directs a supply chain inspection business operating out of China.
Having Spiros involved means the commercial questions get tested against decades of running real operations, not theory.

Oliver Kemp
Co-Founder
Oliver Kemp is a co-founder of MyBizzSolutions and works alongside Alexander across both the strategic and technical aspects of the business. With a background in accounting and experience within a Top 10 global financial services firm, he brings a strong understanding of financial systems, operational controls, and regulatory requirements.
Oliver works collaboratively on designing and implementing the technical infrastructure behind client solutions, helping translate business processes into structured systems, automation workflows, and scalable digital tools. His financial background ensures that the systems developed are aligned with sound operational practices and built to function reliably within real business environments.

Alexander Scafidas
Co-Founder
Alexander Scafidas is a co-founder of MyBizzSolutions and works alongside Oliver across strategy, system design, and solution development. His work focuses on understanding how businesses operate at a structural level and identifying where technology, data, and automation can improve performance and efficiency.
Before co-founding MyBizz, Alex worked inside one of Australia's largest ASX-listed mining services groups, advising on where AI, automation and application development could reduce cost, working within enterprise security and procurement requirements, and training staff to use Microsoft Copilot in their daily work.

Where we started
Architects before AI vendors
MyBizz began as solutions architects. We were brought in to work out how a business actually runs, then design and build the systems that make it run better: the operational infrastructure, the automation between systems, the reporting that replaces the Friday spreadsheet. That is still the core of what we do.
It is also why we are worth listening to on the second part. Plenty of people can sell a business AI. Very few have designed and built the operational systems an AI Employee has to work inside first, and know where the hours actually go before a role is written.
If an AI Employee or a build is not the right call, we say so. We would rather lose the line item than deploy something that will not earn its keep.

MyBizz Solutions holds the exclusive rights to sell Legare AI Employees in Australia: AI Employees that join a business the way a person does, with a written position description, an induction and a person signing off on every consequential action.
Where the platform comes from: Legare is the Australian-facing version of an enterprise agentic platform developed offshore by a research-backed group, built for financial services first, and licensed for distribution country by country under confidentiality. It runs on the same infrastructure as the original. MyBizz Solutions is its Australian partner: we write the position description, run the induction and stay in the room.
The advice still comes first, because the businesses we work with want to be walked through it, and because an AI Employee only earns its place once someone has looked at where the hours go. The consulting parts, the audit, the policy, the champions and the roadmap, sit around that.
