What do you actually get?
You get a written summary, not a sales pitch. It sets out the highest-value automation and AI opportunities we can see in your business, a rough implementation cost for each, and what the payback period looks like. It is yours to keep whether or not you engage us, and it is specific enough that you could hand it to another provider and act on it.
Is there really no obligation?
Yes, really. There is no charge for the assessment and no commitment to proceed. If the honest answer is that automation will not pay for itself in your business yet, the summary will say so. We would rather tell you that now than bill you to find out.
What happens if you decide to go ahead?
If you choose to proceed, we quote the work as a fixed price before it starts, based on the opportunities identified in the assessment; how quoting works is on the pricing page. If you decide not to proceed, you keep the written summary and we part ways.
Who is it for?
Australian small and medium businesses, typically from sole operators up to around 50 staff. You do not need in-house IT, and most of the businesses we assess have never used AI before. We are based in Perth, Western Australia and work with clients across WA and the rest of Australia, delivered remotely with on-site sessions available in the Perth metro area.
